Course Overview
This short course is an accredited skill set from the National Community Services Training Package and is suitable for those working in community services, including financial counselling and financial capability roles who want to explore and/ or develop their leadership skills as a next step in their career development.
This accredited skillset comprises 3 units of competence that assist you to understand organisational and team dynamics and apply this knowledge in work related settings.

CHCPRP003 Reflect on and improve own professional practice
