Subscriber campaign promotion terms and conditions

Subscriber entries are of no cost to enter and close at 12.00am June 16^th. Winner will be randomly drawn on the 16^thof June and contacted directly by email or phone. Three attempts will be made to contact the prize winner during business hours of June 16th to 18th. If a representative of the Indigenous Consumer Assistance Network Ltd (ICAN) is unable to contact the winner, a new winner will be re-drawn and notified on the 20th of June. 

iPad Air comes packaged as is and the Indigenous Consumer Assistance Network Ltd (ICAN) takes no responsibility for ongoing maintenance and/or additional costs. A receipt of purchase can be supplied to the winner for manufacturer and store warranty on request. The prize will be delivered within one month of the winner being declared or announced. The iPad Air 5^thGeneration (Wifi, 64GB) equaled the value of $929.00 AUD at the time of purchase.
